  • Beech Honeydew

    Sourced from Beech forest in the sub-alpine region of New Zealand’s South Island. Beech Honeydew is dark honey with rich malt and woody flavours. Studies have shown that New Zealand Beech Honeydew has one of the highest levels of antioxidants of all New Zealand honeys.

  • Creamed Clover

    Sourced from the high country and foothills surrounding Mount Hutt in New Zealand’s South Island. Creamed clover has a mild and delicate flavor. Its smooth and silky texture is due to fine crystals that form in the honey during the creaming process.

  • Creamed Multifloral

    Sourced in lower-alpine areas of new Zealand’s South Island. This honey is naturally blended by our bees from pastural areas, wild flowers and native bush (clover, honeydew, manuka, kanuka, flax, kowhai). Multi-floral honey has a rich tasting flavour, due to the range of nectar collected by the bees.

  • Mānuka Dew & Native Floral

    Sourced from the high country and foothills surrounding Mt Hutt in New Zealand’s South Island. This delicious honey is gathered and naturally blended by our bees

    It contains a mix of Manuka, Honeydew and other native floral sources, giving it a mild and palatable taste.
